Self-reflection.
I am surprised at how many people lack this characteristic. Everything’s gotta be someone else’s fault, right? Wrong and a massive sign of immaturity.
And most often it is borne of immature parenting and an environment full of immature people and the comfort of immature reasoning, but childhood is only a fraction of what we ultimately become. And adults can choose whom they keep company with and their environments.
The rest is in our power and it’s called choice.
Be an adult, make choices and own them and all that comes with them.
